Return and Refund

Policy

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
This item cannot be returned if it was already opened.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages.
You may return any unopened Brand New product within 15 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

Defective Items

You may return a defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for an exchange of the same product within 15 days from the date of shipment.
If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
